Dayspring Square - $4,500,000 This Project required ARM to renovate an existing three-story historic school and construct a new adjacent three-story building with a connecting link for a Kone Eco-Space elevator and stairs between the buildings. The buildings now offer 22 apartments with two and three bedroom units and two loft units. Through out the building there are counselor offices, a small and large common area, a laundry facility, classrooms, storage rooms, kitchens and a fitness center to name a few ammenities.

Senator Theater Renovation - A.R. Marani, Inc. has been hired to renovate The Senator Theater while maintaining historical accuracy. This project will include modernization of the interior of the theater without comprimising the historic features. The main theater will have new seating and a new 130 seat theater will be added to the south side of the building. Two theaters will be added to the north side of the building as well that will hold 57 seats and 77 seats. A restaurant will be constructed in the existing building on the north side and the front of this building will be extended towards York Road. Stay tuned for progress on this project!

St. John's College Renovations - $1,000,000 ARM worked on many features of two existing halls on the college campus in order to renovate and restore interior and exterior elements. The existing paver system was removed at Randall Hall to have a new sytem laid, windows and doors were also replaced on the building. A new mechanical unit was also installed on the roof of the hall. Interior finishes included drywall installation and repair along with the painting of walls, ceilings and trim around the hall's offices. All work was conducted with the students of St. John's college in mind, we were worked hard to have the construction process complete in time for the Fall 2012 semester.

Johns Hopkins Univeristy - Schafler Auditorium - This project at JHU will allow for accessibility upgrades where new accomidations will include a new wheel chair lift that will give access to the lower level of the exisiting auditorium. Seating will be re-arranged to provide wheelchair spaces for students and guests. Existing men and women's bathrooms will also be modified for wheelchair accessibility.

Stanley Black & Decker
We are currently working on two projects at Stanley Black and Decker located at 701 East Joppa Road in Towson, MD.  The first project consists of renovating the Main Lobby and Executive Toilet area in the 700 building and the second project consists of building a new solarium on the Towson campus.

Our Lady of the Fields Parish Addition & Alterations
The Baltimore Chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) awarded A.R. Marani, Inc., its prestigious President's Award for Contractor of the Year for this project.  The project included renovation of the Nave, Narthex and Sanctuary which included an expansion of one side of the Nave to provide additional seating, choir space and counseling rooms. A small, ornate prayer Chapel was added to the opposite side of the Nave. This addition included a glass enclosed vestibule to provide access to the classrooms, offices and bathroom in a separate portion of the building. The Narthex was also expanded to provide additional gathering space on the first floor and to increase the size of the balcony above. Tiered seating was constructed in the expanded balcony space..
