ABOUT US
A. R. Marani is a commercial general contracting / construction management company formed 15 years ago. Principals, Albert, Alan, and Andrew Marani. Though Albert is President of A. R. Marani and very active in the company, Alan Marani as vice president, and Andrew Marani as secretary/treasurer, oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The three principals also act as project managers on various projects depending upon the volume of work.

Albert Marani - President -  albertmarani@armarani.com 
Albert graduated from Drexel University with a degree in engineering. Before joining Lawrence Construction, he owned a small structural steel erection company. During his time at Lawrence Construction, Albert built well over 100 small churches and schools, beginning a tradition that is carried on at A.R. Marani today, where more than 60% of our projects are private schools and religious institutions.

Alan Marani - Vice President -  alanmarani@armarani.com 
Alan grew up in the construction industry, cutting lawns on construction sites in his early teens, sweeping floors, working as a laborer, carpenter, superintendent and project manager, and finally becoming a principal in A.R. Marani. He attended Virginia Tech graduating with a civil engineering degree.

Andrew Marani - Secretary/Teasurer -  andrewmarani@armarani.com 
Like Alan, Andrew grew up in the construction industry. Starting in his teens he worked as a laborer advancing to carpenter, superintendent and project manager, before becoming a principal in A.R. Marani. He attended the University of Maryland studying electrical engineering before leaving to pursue a career in construction.
