Working in conjuction with Arium Architects, A.R. Marani, Inc. provided information to develop an 18,000 sf metal building to be used for truck sales, servicing and repair. A.R. Marani, Inc. was instrumental in determining heating systems, exhaust systems for truck exhausts and drainage systems for wash-down of floors and trucks. The owner had a strict budget and deadline for construction in order to maintain the Peterbilt franchise. ARM completed the project under budget and on time.
