Renovation of a 450,000 sf building by removal of the central portion and certain portions of the perimeter to create a 250,000 sf complex for offices, shops and a restaurant. The final configuration is a “U” shape with a long building at the open end of the “U” creating parking areas within easy walking distance to all areas. In addition to parking within the “U”, there are parking areas at the buildings exterior perimeter with access allowed to interior offices through an open Plaza at the closed end of the “U”.
