Restoration work consisted of exterior masonry, repointing and repair, windowsill replacement, painting, new masonry, entry ramps, and roof and masonry parapet additions. Interior work included window refurbishment, trim replacement, wall finish repair and painting.

This historical renovation received the 1999 Excellence in Construction Award from The Associated Builders and Contractors.
