Renovation of the Nave, Narthex and Sanctuary which included an expansion of one side of the Nave to provide additional seating, choir space and counseling rooms. A small, ornate prayer Chapel was added to the opposite side of the Nave. This addition included a glass enclosed vestibule to provide access to the classrooms, offices and bathroom in a separate portion of the building. The Narthex was also expanded to provide additional gathering space on the first floor and to increase the size of the balcony above. tiered seating was constructed in the expanded balcony space.
Two more additions were added to the rear office portion of the Church complex. These additions provided more offices, storage and mechanical rooms. The contract included installing a wet pipe sprinkler system throughout the entire complex and a dry pipe system throughout all of the attic space. The sprinkler systems were installed in the existing structures and new additions.
Our Lady of the Fields maintained occupancy during the construction and renovation processes. Several moves of church personnel and church services were arranged through the schedule so that the church was able to remain in operation
