A complete renovation to convert the existing historical Patterson Theatre from a movie theatre to a multi-functional arts facility. The first floor now has offices, an Art Gallery and a Performing Arts Theatre. The newly constructed second floor consists of artist-in-residence apartments, a conference room and work rooms.
