A.R. Marani, Inc. completed the renovation of St. Pius X Church in November of 2009. The project entailed complete renovation of the sanctuary interior, installation of a new elevator, and reinforcing the sanctuary floor framing at the Alter area. The lower level sanctuary was also cosmetically renovated after the floor framing of the upper sanctuary was completed. An exterior patio was installed with a foundation capable of supporting a future one story space with walls and a roof.
The upper sanctuary had all pews removed and completely restored. The existing ceiling of the Nave was removed and a new arched ceiling with double layer of sheet rock ans side area coffers were installed. The Altar was totally reconstructed with marble floors, steps, and a small Chapel constructed for weekday services behind the main Altar. A large arch "Reredos" was field constructed with a cross hanging from the arch as the sanctuary centerpiece.
In addition the existing concrete floor framing was modified for installation of an elevator for handicap access. All work was performed so that St. Pius X Church would be able to maintain it's normal service schedule.
